Plants
An autotroph is an organism that can produce its own glucose using light, water, carbon dioxide, or other chemicals. Another name that is commonly used instead of autotroph is producer. Plants are autotrophs, because they produce their own glucose using the Sun's light, and water for the process of photosynthesis. This flower is the part of the plant. It is the reproductive structure of an angiosperm.
